	Named after the first and most beloved kings of the humans, Giusburg has served as the capital of the human kingdoms since around 4700 ASE. Though the humans of Aphrodisia have never ~~been the equals to~~ the dwarves or demons in terms of power and prestige, Giusburg was built with the aid of some of the finest dwarven craftsmen and elven mages to be testament to the indomitable human spirit. While the queen of the time, Sarai the Generous was praised for not only the grandeur of the new capital, but also for the lavish rewards and praise she gave to the artisans and laborers, both human and other, in later years the magnificent city would become a sour tribute to the humans folly and arrogance. He claimed the dwarven workmen, many of ~~whom came~~ from the Hammerhand clan, had done a rushed ~~and~~ shoddy job ~~which~~ human workers had been forced to repair at great cost. This grave insult would be repeated when Queen Jessica the Foolish ~~band~~ the practice of magic, claiming it to be nothing, but a way for charlatans to cheat honest men and women of their coin. She accused the elves who had ~~fashion~~ the great water works of the palace grounds of being little better than con artists and degenerate ~~liers~~ who had duped the young ~~naive~~ Queen Sarai and her gullible court.
