Aphrodisia
Aphrodisia is the island-continent landmass in which all of The Exile of Aphrodisia takes place. It is a geographically diverse landscape featuring forests, deserts, jungles, snowy mountains, and more.
The southern coast of Aphrodisia is extremely stormy and rocky, meaning very few ships are able to navigate the waters. Only one great dwarven steamship--a ferry capable of transporting thousands, built using now-mostly-lost-human technology and dwarven magic--routinely traverses it roughly once per year, carrying vast amounts of cargo and passengers. Once it reaches the other port, it takes weeks to unload, months to repair, and weeks more to load, so it is reserved only for humanitarian emergencies (such as ferrying the young and elderly human exile to Niu Heym during the Great Exile) or the most important cargo.
The north coast of Aphrodisia is littered with archipelagos, including The Enchantress' Island.
- Map? Since the sequel will be more free-roaming, having a proper idea of a world map may be a good idea.
