Adult life

Wallace was eventually elected captain after the previous captain on the ship he was serving fell overboard and absorbed by a siren. He served this function up to the age of thirty-two when he heard rumors about The Enchantress's Island and tried to launch a raiding party on it. Initially believing the island a soft, defenseless target, raiding the palace ended up in all of his sailors transformed into more of the Enchantress's female servants, himself included. After breaking free from the cycle of refreshment a few years before the events of the game, Wallace would internally adopt the name Willow, yearning for her freedom someday yet intimidated by The Enchantress.
