Aros Starchime, formerly Aster, is a transformed male satyr bard who travels with the party to seek adventure, fame, and gather inspiration for his songs and poems he plans to compile into a magnificent volume and reach Aphrodisia-wide fame.
When the party first meets Aster, he is in his original body of a female elf barmaid working in the tavern in Whitetail Watch. While the pay is good and he is known to be an amazing charmer, he yearns for something outside of Whitetail's stifling walls but has put aside the idea of seeking fame until the wars end, something that seems like it will never happen.
The player meets Aster while he is performing for a crowd. Although bar patrons like it, the bar owner yells at him to get back to work serving drinks and that the tavern would hire a "real" bard if they wanted regular live shows like that. The player strikes up a short conversation with him when on a break and Aster invites you and all other party members to meet him in his bedroom in the evening for drinks and romance.
