Lynbush Dynasty

A line of three queens who ruled over Giusburg between the years 4821-4902 (81 years) before returning power to the Libidine Dynasty in the First Libidine Restoration in 4902.

The Lynbush dynasty took control over Giusburg following the reign of the ninth Libidine monarch, NAME??? in the year 4821. The Lynbush was only distantly related to Gius Libidine with mixed human and elf blood.

The first Lynbush queen, Tabilla Lynbush was a close advisor and semi-open mistress of the ninth libidine monarch. She was an elf commoner who met (and fell in love) with the king when he passed by her village and was curious to see more of the world, joining his court for several years. When The ninth king died in 4921, she was back visiting her home village far away. Human heralds found her and told her, to her great surprised, that she had been written into the king's will and was now first in line to the throne, above the ninth Libidine king's grandson who had been the presumed heir.

Tabilla was a good ruler and beloved by many commoners, working hard to establish better diplomatic relations across Aphrodisia. However, she was very unpopular by the human noble families who felt sleighted that a non-human now held the throne. Fearing a popular uprising, they schemed to oust her, but the plans fell apart on their own.

Trying to pacify the human noble families, Tabilla married one of them and bore a half elf, half elf daughter who became the second queen of the Lynbush dynasty.
