King Phillos the Weak of the Libidine Dynasty ruled from 5238-5239 (1 year) as its 21st ruler.

Phillos was a sickly boy since birth and inherited the monarchy at age twenty-seven. It was said that he had never left the palace at any point in his life, and while he rarely traveled, he did at times make visits to nearby towns and villages for the fresh air. When he took the throne, he made almost no public appearances so as to not appear incapable, but one of his father's generals, Darold Schulte, claimed Phillos had actually died and sucessfully stormed the castle, killing Phillos in his own bed. Darold Schulte declared himself king and killed anyone who protested, starting the bloody Schulte Dynasty.
