The Enchantress' Island

The Enchantress' Island is a small, isolated island to the northeast of mainland Aphrodisia. It is ruled by The Enchantress, a mysterious and powerful woman who disdains the events of the world outside her island.

The Island has several notable landmarks:

The Palace

A white-marble palace built on the cliffs on the east side of the island where the Enchantress lives, along with her dozens of servants of various races including elves, wildwomen, satyrs, and nymphs. Visitors are rare, and servants rarely stray far from the palace.

The Palace Undercroft

The undercroft is a basement level to the palace that is kept off-limits to the player, their crew, and the servants. It is where the Enchantress conducts her research, stores artifacts, mixes her special refreshment wines, and more. An additional deeper level is filled with nothing but reserves of lustful essence

The Docks

A stone dock where trade ships very rarely load or unload cargo. The island is largely self-sustaining, producing its own foods, wines, and fabrics, meaning the island can go months to years without interacting with anyone in the outside world--just as the Enchantress prefers.

The docks are where the Player's ship is moored for repairs after being blown adrift. By the time the game starts, the ship has decayed down to its ribs, unbeknownst to the player and their crew.

Fairy Grove

A grove of fairies led by Queen Sithmaith.

Hidden Grotto

A grotto housing a slime entity created by a sorceress long in the past, before the Enchantress settled the island to make it her home base.

Mermaid Rocks

A beach where mermaids and sirens are known to frequent, a rare way to learn of news (or just gossip) of the outside world.

Ruined Tower

An old watchtower built during the height of the Hellspawn wars. It has long since fallen into ruin, though a bashee still serves her mission on its roof and can be seen as a blue ghost, accompanied by her wailing, at nighttime.

Satyr Camp

A camp where some satyrs have taken temporary refuge from the wars brewing on mainland Aphrodisia.
