Empress Augusta

One of The Thirteen Warring Queens and the leader of The Free Merchants faction.

Although her official title is Empress, her main job is simply keeping the various subfactions with The Free Merchants from squabbling internally. However, she has no real enforcement mechanism other than to buy off enemies from what humble taxes the noble families are willing to grant her. This has granted her the nickname The Impoverished Queen.
