Father Marazan

Marazan, “Father Sun”

Dwarven God of the sun, defender of civilization and justice. His worship is most prevalent in large cities. Especially by both dwarves and humans who both claim to hold a special place in his heart. His temples and priests overflow with donations of gold and food but are, for the most part, as quick to hand out the same donations to the needy in accordance with Father Sun’s tenance of charity.

His worship is less common outside of at least reasonably sized towns and many find his rules and guidelines overbearing, especially among the wildmen who consider him anathema to their way of life.

His symbol is a sun with an eye at its center though his worshipers also use a golden hammer to symbolize devotion to him.
