Tom Libidine was the second king of the Libidine Dynasty, reigning from the years 4631 to 4684.
He was not known as a bad king, but not a particularly good one, either. Tom ran a very hands-off approach to ruling, compared to his father Gius Libidine's strict order.
Tom Libidine retired in 4684, formally handing power to his granddaughter Queen Sarai the Generous. In truth, she'd already been the dominant power in Niu Heym for years already.
