Emperor Felatitius is the last uncontested ruler of the demon empire, reigning through the events of the Great Exile and the time of chaos.
Despite having the highest authority in the empire, Felatitius has never shown any ability to perform magic himself, relying on the Thirteen Queens to enforce his will.
Felatitius is greedy and wrathful yet tries to enact his plans slowly and methodically, often reacting too slowly for other demons' preferences. He has a habit of overplaying his hand.
As of the start of the game, Felatitius has been missing since he was overthrown shortly after Magan was invaded by the Coalition of the Free.
